Interview Scheduling and Rescheduling

Participants can smoothly book interviews using Rally's scheduling tool

• When participants access the scheduler through an email or link, they will be directed to the calendar page. Dates highlighted with a circle indicate available interview time slots that participants can choose from.

• Participants will select and confirm their preferred timeslot.

• Depending on the study setup, participants might need to sign a consent form.
• Participants will view interview details and can choose a different timeslot or confirm the scheduled one.

• Confirmation and automated reminder emails will be sent to participants with interview details, providing the option to reschedule or cancel the interview.
